What is the difference between Business Essentials and Advanced Management?
Depending on the needs of your organization, different modules are available within the BE and AM series. The Advanced Management Foundation Package has more modules included. In addition, you have more “a la carte” modules available for Advanced Management. Please review the lists before you make your decision. You can upgrade to Advanced Management at a later date for a price differential.
Can I buy “a la carte” modules without the foundation pack?
No, you must buy either the Business Essentials or Advanced Management Foundation Pack.
Do I have to change VARS to buy from Shop4erp?
No, you can keep your VAR of record and still take advantage of our discounts.
How long does it take to get my software media and keys?
From the time that we receive payment, it takes approximately 2 to 3 days to process your order. Then it depends on your shipping method for you to receive the media.

Shop4Erp.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Payment Options
By placing an order with us, you agree to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorize Shop4Erp.com to collect payment via the payment method specified. All prices on our website are quoted in US dollars (USD).
We accept payment online with Visa and MasterCard issued in the United States of America, Canada, or Puerto Rico. Cards issued elsewhere are not accepted.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, send us your order printout via postal mail to the address listed on our Contact Us page. Payment by check or money order is only available for orders billing and shipping within the United States.
Prior to charging your order, we will attempt to authorize your card for the specified dollar amount of your order. If your card is declined, your order will be cancelled. If your card is declined, you may place a new order with an alternate payment method, or you can correct the reason for failure with your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer if you have any questions concerning the differences between a temporary authorization and a charge.
Credit Verification
By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are an authorized user of any credit card, debit card, checking account, or alternate method you present for payment. It is your responsibility to provide the correct billing address on file with your card issuer. Failure to do so may delay your order.
Shop4Erp.com reserves the right to contact the issuing bank and/or the billing or shipping party to obtain valid billing information or to verify the legitimacy of your order. Orders failing to pass our credit verification process will be cancelled at our discretion. Individuals or organizations that attempt to place a fraudulent order with us may face legal action.
Tax
By law, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the State of California. Your tax will be calculated based on the delivery zip code. We do not charge sales tax for orders shipping to any other location.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship all orders through UPS. Once shipped, your package(s) will be subject to UPS’s terms and conditions. At an additional charge, expedited shipping options are also available. UPS does not deliver or transport packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, including expedited shipments.
UPS will not deliver packages to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, complete, physical shipping address for delivery. We encourage you to use the same billing and shipping address for your order. Using an alternate shipping address is acceptable, subject to credit verification. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are subject to a minimum $10.00 rerouting/reshipping fee, at our discretion. Any package that is refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a minimum $10.00 refusal/delivery failure fee and recovery of shipping fees.
Depending on the value, destination, and/or weight of your package, we may send your package with a signature required upon delivery. UPS will not deliver a package with this requirement without obtaining a valid signature.
If your shipment is delayed for an excessive length of time, or if UPS has delivered the package but you have not taken possession of it, we will attempt to initiate a tracer investigation with UPS upon your request. This process takes up to nine (9) business days. You agree that UPS’s findings will determine the options we offer you upon completion of the tracer.
Shipping and Delivery
International Orders must be paid for via bank-to-bank wire transfer prior to shipment. Please contact us at customercare@Shop4Erp.com for details, and include your shipping address, item(s) you wish to purchase, and quantity. International customers assume all responsibilities for shipping costs, including but not limited to import taxes, tariffs, customs, duties, and value-added taxes. These costs will be disclosed to you by UPS prior to delivery. Depending on current laws, embargoes, sanctions, or restrictions, certain countries may not be eligible to receive shipments originating in the United States.
Return Policy
Software purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase and is not returnable. There are evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers the opportunity to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.
Software that has been purchased online is provided with one (1) free email support for installation instructions. Software may be swapped with like priced replacement modules within 30 days of purchase.
For software replacement instructions, simply e-mail the reason for your request to customercare@Shop4Erp.com.
If you have not received or have lost your software license key, please e-mail customercare@Shop4Erp.com and include name, company name, address, and phone number so we can identify your order.
Shipping and Handling fees
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. It is your responsibility to ship your exchange to us. For your protection, we suggest using a reputable carrier, and selecting tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance options. We are not responsible for packages lost en route to us. Shop4Erp.com will not pay for return shipping.
Defective Items
You must notify Shop4erp.com of defective items within 30 days of your invoice date. Software is considered defective if the disc is unreadable by a CD-ROM drive or DVD-ROM drive. You must call or email prior to return to verify disc is unusable. After confirmation an RMA will be issued and a replacement disc will be sent. There will be a $25 cost for replacement. Once, we receive the disk and confirm that it is damaged, this amount will be credited.
License and Installation Restrictions
Unless expressly noted on our website, all software products sold are valid for ONE (1) installation on any compatible computer system. Any additional installations, even in the event of a system crash or license transfer, are permitted at the sole discretion of the software manufacturer per the terms of your End User License Agreement (EULA) and their activation procedures. For all Microsoft products, you must accept license terms enclosed with the delivered software. To get a copy of these terms, please go to www.microsoft.com/useterms.
Technical Support
Shop4Erp does not offer technical or implementation support of any kind. It is your responsibility to obtain technical support from either the manufacturer or a partner/affiliate. Hardware Requirements
Minimum Hardware requirements are provided for all software items we sell. By placing an order for software, you agree that the computer system on which you intend to install the software meets or exceeds all minimum hardware requirements.
Price Matching
Shop4Erp.com does not offer price matching services of any kind.
