  • Microsoft requires the purchase of a First Year Annual Product Maintenance plan on all new orders. The cost is 18% SRP (Suggested Retail Price). Add on Users and A La Carte Modules are subject to Annual Product Maintenance as well. For those you will be charged in accordance with your existing Microsoft Annual Maintenance Plan,from 16-25% SRP. Maintenance Fees are not included in the discounted price listed above, but will be calculated upon order receipt.
